Office Update – June 5, 2020

Dear patients,

As we revamp our office to continue to serve our community in a post-pandemic world, you can rest assured that your comfort, safety, and trust remain our top priorities. As such, we have made the following updates to our office procedures:

-Following Social Distancing protocols, we are limiting the number of patients in the office at the same time by staggering our schedule more and having patients wait in their cars for us to call them in. We are also switching to paperless documentation and payments, and have installed more protective glass barriers, to limit person to person interaction.

-Installed medical grade, high-powered HEPA Air Purifiers in each room, with ventilation upgrades to allow for maximal fresh air circulation.

-Installed medical grade door curtains, barriers, splash shields, and rubber dams to reduce the spread of aerosolized particles.

-Upgraded our staff PPE, including fitted N95 Respirator masks for all staff, face-shields, and disposable gowns.

-Increased the number of hand sanitizing stations, including handsfree sanitizers for patient and staff use.

-Continue with frequent and regular deep disinfection of the office building and our office itself with hospital grade disinfectants.

-As always, we are in compliance with all CDC and OSHA regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety and comfort.
